A CSA/ SR. CSR in this role deals with a number inbound calls, pertaining to the clients business. The advisor provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction and be able to persuade people to buy products or services.
Job Role includes assisting customers on the below. You will be provided adequate training on the below.
1. Helping customers on general queries related to bank products like deposits, NEFT/ RTGS transfers
2. Account related queries like balance check, cheque book enquiry etc.
3. Grievance management related to account or any products of the bank
4. Assist customers on digital banking services of the bank
5. Assist on issues related to debit and credit cards.
6. ATM related issues
7. And other banking related services
Note: Languages Known Fluency in English Marathi, Malayalam and Hindi.
Any Graduate With Fluent English, Hindi, Marathi and Malayalam.
