Research and strategically identify new business opportunities via cold-calling, networking, events and/ or other sources and close opportunities to provide IT/ Technology services to client
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Product Sales, Call Centre Experience Preferred
Cold Calling to International clients
Manage client relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for the organization
Expand market intelligence on relevant industry to drive business forward
Oversee workflows for client accounts, manages client communications and resolves escalated issues or questions from clients
Experience in Sales or Business Development or International Marketing
Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities
A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
