Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Participate in promotional activities
From Freshers upto 2 years on the same level of experience preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Additional qualifications : A Post Graduate degree/ Diploma in Management desirable, though not essential
AGE : 23-27 years
Good organisational and administration skills
Positive attitude and good communication skills. (English, Marathi, Hindi)
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Confident telephone manners
Excellent grooming standards
Demonstrated previous experience working in Real Estate Sales
Knowledge of the Real Estate management systems
REMUNERATION : Fixed + Variable
