Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
Manage an events schedule to maximise yield

Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds with Corporates, Event organizers etc.
Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Organize and Participate in resort promotional activities
Oversee the activities of reporting Sales Executives
Plan, execute Sales Strategies
Train and Coach Sales Executives
Upto 4 years on the same level of experience preferably in the hospitality industry with specific experience in selling membership programmes.
Good organisational and administration skills
Positive attitude and good communication skills. (English, Marathi, Hindi)
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Confident telephone manners
High level of IT skills
Excellent grooming standards
Demonstrated previous experience working in the Conference & Events function
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
REMUNERATION : Fixed + Variable
