Take care of Induction, CL, PL, PF, ESI, Attendance, record minutes of working hour and compliances;
Take care of employee satisfaction in terms of: Safety measure, meal measure, other facility measure;
Handle all the records of each & every employee in the company;
Prepare offer letters, relieving letter, appointment letters, employment agreements & all employee related documents;
Liasoning with concerned departments including DPCC etc.;
Responsible to handle all the HR Work at seniority level;
Industry: Exporter and Trader (Industrial Products)
Skills: Excellent knowledge of Statutory compliances related to Labor Laws, PF & ESI, Pay roll/ Salary, Leave rules.
