Handling Phone Calls Efficiently at the Front Office.
Take and Relay Messages, Provide Information to Callers
Greet persons entering Organization, Direct persons to Correct Destination
Deal with Queries from the students, walk-ins and others
Ensures Knowledge of Staff Movements in & out of Organization
General Administrative & Clerical Support, Prepare Letters & Documents
Receive & Sort Mail & Deliveries, Admin activities handling Courier, Attendance etc
Maintain Incubate company Details, Visitor Management,
Marketing Support Sending Mailers for Events Track Registrations.
