ASM is responsible for entire Bangalore City. (Mysore & Mangalore will be attached if performance is good )
Reporting to RSM and Directors of the Company.
In Bangalore ASM will have to Handle a Team of 12 (Including 6 Senoir Sales officers).
Directly Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities.
Will Be Handling 22 Distributors of Bangalore City and should Manage their market out standing and their outstanding with the Superstokist.
We expect him to be on Field 80 of the time.

Candidates Should be having
Min 5 Yrs in FMCG Industry.
Should Have Expertise in General Trade
Min 2- 3 Yrs work ex in major FMCG
Knowledge in Kannada is must and Should have work ex in Karnataka and Bangalore City
MBA.
