1. Qualifying prospects, increasing sales in the given area month on month basis
2. Pipeline management

Candidate Profile
Maintaining Relationship with Agents and Clients.
Organizing sales visits and respond efficiently to clients
Creating New Agents
Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the product
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records i. e. Dsr, Receipt Book, Proposal Form, punctuality, co-ordination with other team member ( to share the work in absence of other team member )

BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ SALES MANAGER

Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
Creating New Agents as well as completed target given by high authority MOM
Set sales targets for team and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
Proactively develops and improve products knowledge and services as per market condition
Maintain the Business Development databases
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues and Understands clients' needs
Direct the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
Conducts one-on-one review with all Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Executives sales and activity performance.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance as well as market updating
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Co-ordination between Branch Account and Agent Accounts department as well as to see the flow between sales team and accounts department i. e. ( Timely basis Statement, Payment, Bills, MOU etc. )
Assigns and schedules Sales executives work on a daily basis.
