Responsible for executing the training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations.
Responsible to represent coalesce and its Standards.
Coalesce Standards - Speed of Execution of training, fast turnaround time, Quality Parameters, High quality deliverable, speaking the customer language, Work closely with resource team for identifying the trainer, Response time, Credential.
Any UG/ PG management degree female candidates.
1-2 years experience.
Good communication, attitude & computer knowledge.
