Responsible for all administrative training and development initiatives for the training functions
Faculty, Vendor and Venue identification and coordination
Conduct Gap and Training Need Analysis within assigned processes, collate and roll out training calendar.
Interact with the participants during the time of collecting the Feedback for the training program conducted.
Analyze the feedback - prepare the Feedback Analysis Rating Sheet. Maintain training materials and training records.
Prepare reports and ensure that it reaches the entire key concerned in time, preparation and maintenance of MIS (daily, weekly and monthly).
Ensure that the hardware and the software required for the programs are up and running.
Proficient in office tools like Word, excel, Power point etc.
Ensure that the batches are completed in time & faculties take attendance in all the classes.
Coordinate with other internal and external training functions in the development of training.
Work closely with Marketing, Materials, Operations, etc. during training & development.
Work with stake holders to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
Conduct Induction for new hires.
