Deliver top line sales for the region
Plan and achieve sales & distribution targets
Analyze the market situation and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Achievement of Target for the region set by the organization.
Primary, Secondary sales maintenance, expires & Inventory Management.
Maintenance of sales data, analysis & Planning Design, recommend and implement innovative marketing activities through proper identification of channels.
Key customers Management, New KOL Development & Growth.
Maintenance of stock at distributor level & local CFA Level (Inventory Control)
Competitor information collection & providing feedback to Management at stipulated time period.
Regional event management in coordination with Marketing.
Identification of talent & grooming them.
Dealing with distributors with respect to sales & growth.
