Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned process and directs a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy towards sales goals.
Responsible for the performance and development of the sales advisors.
Good knowledge of Sales audit mechanism and methods
Preparing action plan/ coaching for individuals and the team for effective sales leads and prospects.
Conduct one on one review with the sales advisors to build more effective communication, training and development needs and improvement of sales activities.
Maintains accurate records of all the sales and activity report submitted by the sales staff.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that the same is communicated and implemented within the team.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to drive a sales team.
