Educational Qualifications: Diploma, B. E/ M. E Mechanical/ Any Graduate

Job Description:

Preparing Despatch Plans with Production department.
Preparing sales order as per customers PO.
Inventory control of finish goods.
Arrangements of Transport vehicles.
Co-ordination with production department for timely despatch.
Continuous follow-up of finish materials status.
Manpower Handling.
Documentation related to Despatch dept.
Monthly MIS reports.
Awareness of TS16446 & ISO: 9001 and implementation of the same for Marketing Department.
Receipt & Processing of enquires.
submission of quotation in case availability of capacities based on feasibility review
Negotiation & finalization of order.
Update list of customer.
Customer satisfaction survey for all customers should be done on annual basis

Survey should be completed by customer representative by visiting customer
Based on customer feedback C. S. I. calculation is done.
Prepare CAPA plan for dissatisfaction points.
Communicate the plan to customer.
Monitor the effectiveness of CAPA implementation.
In case customer response to the survey form not received alternative method of
Communication from customer regarding their annual budget plan.
Prepare short term & long term business plan on the basis of customer budget plan.
Receipt of customer schedules on monthly basis & communicate to manufacturing
Manufacturing plan is finalized by manufacturing units in consultation with
Monitor the plan vs actual.
Carry out business plan review once in a six month.
Submit business plan review to the MRM.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide technical presentations.
Provide on the job training to new staff.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

The candidate must have knowledge of TPM, ISO TS16949, Lean implementation activities.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work requires local travel;
work may require evening and weekend work.
