Job Description
Develop service infrastructure and Manage service throughout India Subcontinent.
Setting up the service process of the company Ensuring delivery of quality service.
Ensure service revenue target is met. Work with the distributors to ensure they follow and offer service as per companys process.
Develop service infrastructure and Manage service throughout India Subcontinent.
Train Distribution Personnel, personnel & Service Agencies supporting Products in the region.
Work with the International Product Line Directors and domestic product line directors of the various business units to develop or source market specific product needs.
Prepare, coordinate, and oversee implementation of sales, service, and warranty policies and records management
Know, understand, implement, and interpret company sales and service policy and procedures to customers, distributors, dealers and Global Accounts.
Managing Team of Service Staff within India subcontinent region.
Candidate Profile
B Tech graduate (electrical or electronics) with minimum 10 years experience.
Preferable from food service equipment industry or from Consumer Electronics (electrical cooking appliances) industry
Good listening and communication Skills
Team Player
Result oriented and Customer focused.
Hands on and willing to undertake extensive travel.
