Job Description
Act as an important link between the departments and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.
Description of responsibility:
Operate as a vital link between the department and the operations
Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
Manage queues/ workflow and shift scheduling
Candidate Profile
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Customer service orientation
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Technical know-how of MS Office Suite
