Design, develop and implement all projects of the team within the timelines and ensure good quality
Communicate with Onsite and other business users with proper status of projects
Resolve issues and escalate to next level when ever necessary
Mentor the team and groom them to the next level
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Technology, with minimum 2-3 years of experience in. Net, C# and SQL Server.
Should possess at least 1 year of experience in handling a team (minimum size 4-6 members).
Should have hands-on experience in coding in ASP. Net, C#, SQL Server.
Should demonstrate ability to design, develop, and implement complete solutions. Should have worked in at least one project in all the phases of SDLC i. e. from the requirements phase till deployment phase.
Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion of task by coordinating with team members.
Should be able to monitor the project continuously to identify risks & mitigate them. Also should be able to manage issues and escalate appropriately.
Should be able to technically guide the team members and mentor them whenever required.
Should possess the ability to manage the expectations of both internal and external customers and adapt to client specific needs.
