Job Description
Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements/ profiles, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation, issuing final offer letter to closure of positions in coordination with clients.

Regular Interaction & meetings with your team/ Recruiters to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Providing market intelligence report based on skills & requirements, company mapping, and extensive Networking/ Relationship building to Directors.

Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i. e. Headhunting, Direct references, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals.

To achieve the recruitment targets with optimum utilization of available resources.
To work as a Sr team player and at times lead from the front and works towards customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile
Qualification-
Graduate preferably with relevant Degree/ Diploma in H R. Engineering Graduates, with recruitment experience, will suit most for position.

Age- No bar

Experience-
Minimum 4 years experience of recruitment either in Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction & Consultancies, Automotive, Medicine, IT and FMCG.

Job Profile-
Able to set up his/ her own team of recruiters, develop business and run your section in profit. It will be a target oriented job to be achieved on monthly basis. Being a senior position, results will be expected from your section from first month onwards
