Role & Responsibilities:
Problem solving ability. Call centre agents will handle the queries of the customers who have enrolled for the remote online support with the company
Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to handle UK Chat support customers. The agents need to have a basic idea of computer troubleshooting
Team player. Willingness to work in 247 BPO environment
Should be dynamic and have strong convincing power.
Should have the skills of understanding the client, and help him to diversify the same for best results
Candidates must have a pleasing personality and should possess excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ready to join immediately.
