A) Achieve individual targets within the first 3 months of joining the company.
b) Bring into play the rich experience of sales to improve primary and secondary sales.
c) Devise effective route planning so as to target 50 shops in a day.
d) Appointment of distributors in respective areas.
e) Maintain complete status of each open account, new accounts and progress of open orders of distributors, wholesalers and shopkeepers.
f) Ensure timely dispatch and payment of orders.
g) Upgrade the report to reflect order size, sale, dispatch and payment in particular area.
h) Communicate and co-ordinate with the accounts department to track payments.
i) Sustain good relationship with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
j) Proficient to communicate in Marathi. (Hindi and English would be an added advantage)
A) Knowledge of edible oil industry will be an added advantage. For example- The candidate should be able to differentiate the target audience for our products.
b) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have to build and sustain strong relationship with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
c) Visibility includes maintaining a professional appearance and presenting a positive image of company to the outside world.
