Cross Sell/ Up Sell: Generating additional business from existing customers and account management
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, partner relationships
Make presentations & product demos to the prospects, collect feedback and pass it on to the development and support teams on a timely basis.
Manage a team of marketing/ management trainees, train and motivate them to take up tasks like customer profile and competitive intelligence generation, lead generation, inquiry qualification and cold calling.
