Job Description
Attend to visitors and deal with telephonic as well as walk in enquiries. Provide necessary information to the prospective clients regarding our services.

Tasks and Responsibilities

To Handle telephonic enquiries and walk ins
To Convert enquiries into registrations
To provide proactive client servicing
Take and relay messages
To provide information to callers
To greet persons entering organization and ensure their comfort level
To direct persons to correct destination
To deal with queries from the prospects & clients
To ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
To update CIS software regularly
To prepare receipts/ invoice in Tally
Maintaining expenses in Tally.
Ensure proper company handouts to clients/ participants
Keep record of sales & stock
Tally physical stock with books
To take feedback on services delivered (Manual o telephonic)
Mass communication through e-mail, sms blasts, telephones to clients.
General administrative and clerical support
Prepare letters and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Organize meetings
Maintain reception area
