Company's corporate headquarters are located in Concord, Ontario, Canada with regional offices worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager with special emphasis on Electric Power Utility market segment and who would report directly to our Regional Sales Director.

Education : Technical Degree/ Diploma
Salary : As per industry standards
Experience : 10 to 15 years
Achieve or exceed the annual sales target, whilst maximizing growth and profit for the company and total customer satisfaction.
Support current clients and partners in order to maximize and increase business opportunities and profitability.
Working closely with the other members of the India sales team, take lead responsibility for all stages of new business development, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal and closing new business.
Identify and develop local system integrators and partners to increase specification of Company's products and ensure successful implementation and support.
Responsible for driving the specification of Company in OEM design, End User projects and standards.
Ensure complete territory coverage by coordinating with the managers of the Sales Channels (Partners).
Pro-actively generate new business in selected market segments and targeted customers.
Make cold calls and off-site visits to gather information and maintain relationships with customers.
Meet with customers and suppliers as needed to supplement sales calls and professionally represent the company.
Maintain qualifications and technical education to support the sales function
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
10 15 years sales experience on a similar environment.
4-year Technical degree or diploma.
Technical understanding of SCADA systems, factory automation products, and networking equipment.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the solution sales process.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport and to develop influential relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
Competitive drive and determination.
Strong verbal and oral communications skills for local customer base.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
