* Formulating and achieving National Sales Targets in accordance with the overall objectives of Sales Plan.
* Meet the National Sales target set by the company by leading a team of sales engineers.
* Lead the sales team in developing new Customer Base Creation/ Business Development.
* Developing and improving Market Penetration & market share.
* Monitoring competitions activities and developing strategies to improve competitive performance.
* Customer Liaison and Relationship Management.
Education: B. E. (Electrical)/ MBA (Marketing)
* The candidate should have around 10-12 years experience and good track record in marketing of Battery.
* Preferably a core marketing guy with knowledge in Manufacturing and Purchase functions in Battery Manufacturing.
* Must be aware of end to end of Battery Manufacturing Business.
* A go-getter with strong communication skills and technical knowledge is desired.
