Job Description
This will entail market research, actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, present product/ services along with differentiators to the prospective customers, pitch solution, negotiate, interface with delivery/ implementation teams. Run sales campaign, conduct webinars, collect accruals, etc.

Preparing Techno-commercial proposals for decision-making bodies to propose talent management software to a particular client. Promotion of new software products to the customers.
Candidate Profile
2+ Years Plus Experience In Selling Software Products/ Solutions/ IT Outsourcing Services. Good At Developing And Articulating ROI To C-level Executives A Management Degree Will Be A Plus. Exposure/ Knowledge Of Any Talent Management Services Will Help. Techno Savvy. Self Driven, Ability To Work With Demanding Sales Targets. Exposed To Formal Sales Management Methodology/ CRM
