Job Description
JD KPI formulation & compliance for all employees in Corporate
Uploading JDKPIs for all Corporate employees in SAP
Ensuring all new joinees, receive & understand their JD KPIs
Followup with RHR for compliance of JD KPI & updation on SAP
Monthly interaction with new joinees and ensuring work in relation to JD KPI
Coordination with all RHR for monthly ABCD analysis & data compilation
Support to HR Manager in taking action for replacement of D Category in coordination with RHR
Data compilation for annual appraisals, increments & promotion
To support & coordinate with HR Manager in making action plan for Bottom 10 branches and their development plan
Fast Tracker & Star Performer identification & action plan
Formulating organizational announcements for all new joinees in Corporate
Assisting the team in conducting Employee Satisfaction survey
