A) Tracking org structures for the mentioned departments and maintaining list of vacant positions for M & S [PAN India] & HO
b) Strategic Manpower planning in respect to Talent Acquisition & Talent Retention for M & S
c) Frequently coordinating with HODs to understand the manpower requirement according to Business Plan.
d) Support to Regional HR in manpower Planning & taking corrective measures/ action in anticipation of future requirements.
e) Sourcing the right candidates through various sources like Job Portals & external agencies.
f) Reinforcing & branding the Employee referral scheme in the organization.
g) Tracking the profiles & communicating to respective employees for V-Connect.
h) Ensuring the on boarding of employees at earliest.
i) Conducting initials rounds of interview checking interest and suitability of candidates for required positions
j) Negotiating Salary with prospective candidates & coordinating releasing Letter of Intent for M & S [PAN India]
