B. E/ B. Tech/ Diploma Mechanical or Automobile
1.5-7 yrs experience in the Service Section of a reputed automobile dealership.
2. Should be able to supervise service advisors, job controllers and technicians.
3. Attend to customers, understand their problems and assign jobs to service advisors.
4. Work closely with the Customer Relations Manager to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Build long - term relationship with Corporate customers.
6. Arrange pick and drop of customers/ vehicles.
7. Maximize value added services revenue.
8. Increase productivity on the shop floor.
9. Ensure front office and shop floor discipline.
10. Manage relationship with the manufacturers representatives.
11. Timely and accurate billing and payments collection.
12. Preparation of MIS for management control.
Salary Package: Rs.2.40 lakhs pa + Incentives
