Job Description
The provision of international tax advice and solutions (particularly Transfer Pricing, Permanent Establishments and expatriates) to the Companys international client portfolio
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Ensure a clear understanding of Client requirements and the terms for services to be provided.
2. Manage a portfolio of Clients, delivering timely advice, assessment and analysis and documentation solutions as agreed with the Client.
3. Ensure appropriate advice and assistance is sought by relevant Affiliates in receiving countries and that those services are managed to maximum effect.
4. Ensure the work for each Client is progressed as agreed and that problems/ issues are highlighted as early as possible in the process and managed to a positive outcome.
5. Participate in ad-hoc projects which develop the most competitive and cost effective product.
6. Keep abreast of developments in international tax that will impact the Client base.
7. Ensure files/ documentation kept on Clients behalf are maintained to appropriate internal and external legislative requirements.
8. Provide ad-hoc support to other taxation team as requested.
9. Ensure timesheets are submitted as required ensuring they accurately reflect weekly activity.
10. Ensure work is accurately inputted into appropriate tracking systems.
11. Review the circumstances of each Client to identify potential business development opportunities for other services offered by our Company.
12. Supervise the tax team ensuring they are committed and motivated to servicing client needs and that workload is effectively distributed throughout the team. Establish systems and standards to ensure quality and timeliness of services provided by the tax team.

Experience

1. Experience of providing Client Advisory Services in and/ or with an International Operation, preferably a USA technology Company.

2. Familiar with start up situations across either/ both EMEA or APAC.

3. Experience of advising Clients on international Tax and related compliance issues.
