As a Technical Writer in Ceredron Technologies, you will plan and create technical documentation for a variety of technology products, review and edit technical documents. You will work independently as part of a globally distributed development team; contribute to the development and maintenance of professional documentation, templates and style guides. You will format and structure technical documents like software product descriptions, release notes, support manuals, and design documents in coordination with architecture, product management and development team to ensure documents suitability.
You must be Graduate in Engineering or a Post-Graduate in English or Mass Communication and Journalism.
You may also apply if you are a Graduate in other disciplines with exceptional academic credentials and with prior experience in Technical writing for a Technology company.
You should have secured at least 55% marks overall in Class 10 onwards.
You should have secured at least 55% marks in English in all relevant examinations during your academic career.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to understand technical concepts and should have a flair for technical writing.
You must have 1 ~ 3 years of relevant experience in technical writing, content development, technical/ copy Editing, publishing, and information architecture. (Those with 4+ years of relevant experience, will be considered for the position of Senior Technical Writer)
You must have at least 1 year experience in one or more authoring, editing, illustration and publishing tools e. g. Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe Photoshop, WebWorks, Epic Editor, MS Visio, Quark Express, HTML, XML, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW etc. in addition to Microsoft Office Suites.
If you have less than 1 year relevant experience, you may still apply for Entry Level positions. You must have sound written English language skills with theoretical knowledge of software engineering concepts.
