Must be an Indian citizen and resident and should be at least 18 years of age.

Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical aid to customers regarding CLIENT products and services.
To remain current on minimum CLIENT requirements.
Document all customer interactions in a case tracking database.
Resolve customer issues through the use of a knowledge-base, direct use of product and operating systems, product user guides and other reference materials.
Call back customers waiting for follow up.
Meet performance standards within the team parameters.
Soft Skills/ Communication Skills:
Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills with clarity in speech, fluency and grammar.
Must demonstrate clear articulation with excellent reading and writing skills.
A Technical Advisor must have
Excellent technical knowledge.
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, customer handling and network support skills.
Good analytical, logical and comprehension aptitude.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills
Ability to use a Desktop Computer System.
Ability to use Internet and Email with moderate keyboard skills.
Knowledge of browsers and internet based applications.
Problem solving skills in Technical troubleshooting environment.
Familiarity with Operating Systems.
Basic Working Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver & other Flash and designing softwares.
Candidates with prior technical expertise will be given preference.
