Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, Travel arrangements as and when necessary.
Must maintain the record of action Items given by Director to his direct reportees to ensure timeliness is met.
Must maintain minutes of meetings held and keep for record.
Maintain the schedules and calendars for Director.
Arrange and Confirm Appointments for Director.
Coordinate internal and external events of the company.
Maintaining confidential information.
Managing calls, e-mails and correspondence.
Set up and maintain filing systems.
Ensure high-level performance while interacting with the corporate clients.
To provide administrative & secretarial assistance to senior management.
Providing meeting timings to the other Departmental and Business Heads for meeting with a Director.
Experience should be between 2 -4 yrs and should be Graduate.
The incumbent should be Good Looking, Pleasing Personality; excellent Business Etiquettes; Positive Attitude.
Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) for preparing reports and prepare presentation on MDs agenda.
Planning and Organizing and Time management skill.
Good Interpersonal skill. Should be initiative taker and reliable.
Should be able to manage stress.
Be flexible and willing to take on a range of duties as directed by Director.
