Job Description
THIS POSITION IS FOR NIGHT SHIFT - US RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Prospect and close deals

Nurture and develop 15 to 30 clients

Generate new customers via cold-calling/ phone sales and other prospecting/ networking techniques

Work closely with the team to develop a strong sales pipeline

Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction

Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve account enrichment goals

Forecast accurately

Maintain quality relationships to retain clients

Use analytical skills to understand our clients' changing business and technology issues and needs

Sell 80% Solutions/ 20% staff Augmentation

Work strategically to develop and execute account plans that position WeSucceed as a strategic resource

Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences leveraging both verbal and written communication skills

Lead Generation and prospecting/ networking techniques

Maintain an excellent work ethic
