Job Description
I represent an executive search firm called V4 Technologies in Bangalore.

Candidate Specifications

1. Any undergraduate, graduate, post graduate, diploma or equivalent (except MCA)
2. Total Experience - 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in the tech support/ customer support or call centre is preferential.
3. Age between 18 yrs - 40 yrs.

Critical Skills Required

1. Good Spoken English with a Neutral accent
2. Good lexical and grammatical ability
3. Excellent customer service and ssoft skills
4. Willing to work Night shifts.

Good to Have Skills

1. Conversational skills and ability to build rapport
2. Any sales experience
3. Typing Speed

Principal Job Responsibilities

1. Support customers with New customers via phone.
2. Identifying opportunities for sales and offering the right solutions to the customers.
3. Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving
4. Developing customer rapport and ensuring that customers have positive image of the company
5. Demonstrate strong work ethics by maintaining confidentiality of information
6. Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures
7. Working effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations
8. Probing and discovering customers true needs and understand customer view point
9. Ensuring proper and clear communication in a concise manner, using correct vocabulary, grammar and sentence construction
10. Handle complaints and objections affectively without escalation.
11. Transfer incorrect customer contact to the correct department.

Security Roles & Responsibility (Executives/ Sr. Executives/ Retainers/ Associates)

1. Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.
2. Adhere to Information Security Policies of the Company.
3. Report any Security Incident that is observed.
4. Ensure clearance of all Security and Compliance related Trainings and Certifications.
5. Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.
6. Keep Company's and Customer information confidential and not disclose to unauthorized individuals and outsiders. Help Managers maintain secure environment at work.
