Job Description
As an Account Development Representative (sales support), you would be responsible for generating new business by successful identification and qualification of new opportunities though both inbound and outbound sales activities. Your region will include all of Asia Pacific with the potential expand to Africa and parts of Europe. Qualified candidates will be located in Bangalore, India and are able to work in the office from 8am-5pm or as needed to adjust for specific region coverage.

- Calling at least 50 companies per day
- Pure Lead Generation activities
- 100% of time spent on the phone communicating with inbound suspects
- Qualify all inbound suspects for India, Australia/ NZ
- Penetrate "targeted" accounts within a vertical market structure
- Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin sales cycle
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers in India, Australia and New Zealand to determine a strategic approach
- Produce and deliver fully qualified opportunities to Sales Representatives
-Ensure strong communication and follow-up by passing lead through Salesforce. com with all designated calls-to action, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, etc.
- Assist Sales Representatives in creating new business opportunities
Candidate Profile

2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in technology

Proven spoken and written skills in English required; and German desired; multilingual knowledge is a plus

Demonstrated success in prospecting into Fortune 500 companies

Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/ control, and time and territory management

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic

High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment

Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Previous experience with Salesforce preferred

Bachelors degree strongly preferred, or equivalent required
