To effectively and efficiently respond to calls from Customers, reply to their queries and resolve issues, if any, and to ensure the quality of output and accuracy of information is maintained

Desired Profile

1}Graduates/ undergraduates with prior experience (Any stream)

2} Excellent communication skills

3} Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet.

4} Strong desire and commitment to provide excellent customer service.

5} Strong time management skills

General Guidelines

1. Qualification: H. S. C passed/ Graduate/ T. Y Appeared are also eligible. (No regular college student)

2. Age: 19 yrs above till 40 yrs

3. Location Boundaries: Colaba, Vashi, Mira road, Thane ( in case anyone beyond the boundaries they should be willing to relocate)

4. Transport Facility: 10:00 p. m to 6:00a. m home drop or else trunk pick up from Bandra, Malad, Thane, Vashi station.

5. Minimum skill set required:

A. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.

B. Computer Knowledge: Working knowledge about computers, minimum typing speed of 18 words per minute and 80% accuracy for voice based processes.

C. Willing to work in UK & US shifts.
