Job Profile for Recruiters:

A minimum of 3 years successful recruiting experience in the Information Technology industry, specifically US clients exp.
A passion for hiring candidates to a job with in stipulated time.
Recruiting Sub Contractor consultants for on demand requirements
Ability to network and find candidates by referrals, online networking, cold calling and use of job boards, etc
Ability to recruit OPT candidates for various placement programs.
Self-motivated, can-do attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Great negotiation skills.
Ability to start producing in a timely manner.
Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.
Ability to organize and work on tasks in a disciplined manner with a focus on results and deliverables
Must have attention to detail, and aptitude for basic research as well as basic technology applications

Job Profile for Marketing positions:

A minimum of 3 years experience in active marketing of IT Services/ Staffing services to IT Industry with good exposure to US clients.
Dynamic, self driven, live wire & result oriented individuals
Possess knowledge of technologies/ latest trends, web based marketing/ recruiting tools (Dice. com. Hotjobs. com, Monster. com etc. ), strong communication & inter-personal skills
Self-motivated, can-do attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
