Head the entire Personnel dept
Formulate & plan HR policies, appraisals formats, incentives, emp welfare schemes, training needs etc
Oversee all Statutory compliances & legal issues
Handle overall recruitment process
MSW/ MA Social work/ HR with PG in IR & PM candidates with over 10 yrs of experience and at least a few years in healthcare preferred
Should be dedicated, compassionate and a team player, aware of all the latest laws and processes in healthcare.
