A market leader in Consumer Durables offering a product range comprising of state of art Washing Machines, Dishwashers and Microwave ovens. It has a strong market penetration and sizeable marketshare in these products. It delivers their products to its end users through the following sales channels: Dealer network, Institutional and Industrial Sales and Mordern Trade outlets (Large format digital and consumer durable retail stores)

It is looking for a bright, aggressive Manager to be part of the Modern Trade Sales Vertical and propel growth in this segment.

Experience:

The Person should have at least 2- 5 years of Sales experience in a Modern Trade Large Retail Format Selling Consumer Durable and Digital and Electronic Appliances.
Preferably in a People Management role.
A thorough understanding of Modern Consumer Durable Retail Format Stores, their process and operational methodologies.
Responsibilities would include creating a relationship with Modern Consumer Durable Retail Format Stores and grow sales through these formats.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

Education Any Graduate
Work Experience 2 - 5 years.

Required Skills The Person should have at least 2- 5 years of Sales experience in a Modern Trade Large Retail Format Selling Consumer Durable and Digital and Electronic Appliances.
Preferably in a People Management role.

Candidate Profile
Good knowledge of the consumer durables sales and management in large retail store formats like EZONE, BIG BAZAAR, RELIANCE DIGITAL, etc. Good communication skills.
