We are currently searching for results driven and inspired Collection Managers for our dynamic and growing call centers in INDIA and the PHILIPPINES.

Basic Functions

Manage and direct the daily activities of the collections department. Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to ensure that established corporate, client and divisional goals are met or exceeded. Oversee and support the supervision, development and motivation of employees.

Principle Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations of the Collection Floor
Provide leadership to meet established goals and support to the companys core values
Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recoveries
Track performance of both Supervisors and Collectors
Coach, Train and Motivate the Collections staff
Assist in developing and implementing collection policies and procedures to achieve maximum effectiveness
Ensure full compliance of FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, state specific guidelines and HIPPA
Analyze internal and Client reports in order shift efforts daily to maximize satisfaction
Establish and maintain relationship with Clients and Vendors
Facilitate employee evaluations and corrective actions
Demonstrate success in meeting Client demands

Minimum 2-5 years financial services/ collections experience working in a call centre environment
Proven leadership ability; minimum 1-2 years experience in a management or supervisory role.
Ability to analyze multiple sources of information and problem solve.
Well developed communication, time management and organizational skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Be an in the trenches manager
Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
Work Environment:
Call Center/ Office environment
