Job Description
The position is for Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad
The role is to drive, manage & support a small local sales team that will be responsible for securing lease arrangements with commercial buildings to put up digital advertising displays. Candidate should lead from the front & be on the field guiding his/ her team to meet monthly targets i. e., he/ she will have to get builders/ building societies to agree to put up LCD advertising screens on their building premises. Sales to a minimum number of buildings/ commercial locations per month will have to be completed.
Drive the property acquisition effort (securing long-term lease agreements from builders, societies and property managers to install LCD screens at office buildings, malls and retail stores) by leading a team.
Partner with, Building Managers to ensure proper implementation on a long-term basis.
Manage/ coordinate transaction activity with appropriate channel partners and intermediaries from initiation through close.
Negotiate optimal terms on all transactions.
Conduct proper due diligence on all deals.
Acquire proper approvals throughout the process.

Strong sales background. Track record of achievement both as a sales person as well as proven record of successfully having led sales teams.
