*Developing and maintaining forecasts, budgets, and personnel plans.
*Perform performance analysis of each channel and sales area.
*Provide ongoing support to new partnership and alliance negotiations.
*Collaborate across all regions and sales channels to design/ administer pricing strategies, incentive systems, and sales programs that foster partner sales growth while serving overall company objectives.
*Collaborate with Channel Productivity and Training group to develop and administer productivity plans and metrics and monitor results.
*Collaborate with Channels Marketing, *Direct Sales, and other organizations to set pricing strategies and discount levels.
*Manage sales channel conflict; resolve pricing/ registration escalations.
*Ensure inventories are consistent with minimum requirements to facilitate business. Control inventory with policies and monitoring.

*Ideally holding a degree in Business, *Sales or Marketing (or equivalent experience) it is envisaged the successful applicant will have over 5 or more years of channels sales or operations experience in a multi-tiered distribution model. You will need to demonstrate planning and program management skills as well as having a proven background with *Channel incentive programs and distributor/ reseller experience.
