WORK EXPERIENCE: April 2008 - Present Designation - Flight & Boarding Controller Operations & Guest Service Kingfisher Airlines - Delhi Key responsibilities include Customer (Passenger) Servicing, Flight Controlling, Boarding Gate Controlling, Arrival, and Ticketing. Handling all flights open to close, flights delay DNB (Denied Booking) and Post departure Check. Well versed in managing day to day activity to control all flights open to close, ticketing counter Staff and Passengers complaint/ queries (1st Escalation). Handling direct customer complaint/ Queries regarding Wrong Booking, Seat Allocation, Flight Delay, flight cancelled, luggage missing and luggage sent to wrong location. Handling the process of flights open & close, denied the booking and checking the post departure. Regular use of SABARE for monitoring of flight status and accordingly co-ordinate with concerned team to close/ departure the flights on time. Denying over booking as per business requirement and postponed the guest to next flights as per their suitability. Coordination with concerned team to make sure that flight will depart on time without any delay. Creating final PD (Post Departure) report to management with surety of no delay and no guest & luggage missing in particular flight. Arrangement of the Cab, Hotel and food for passengers if flight canceled or delayed. Managing Cash (Inflow/ Outflow) for cancelled flight, Modified Flights, food arrangement etc. Publishing Daily/ Weekly MIS's to management for flight arrival, departure, delay and report the flight delay (if any) reason.
