Assistant Manager (Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the maintenance team and all maintenance activities in the plant, providing technical assistance and resolution along with analyzing and rectifying electrical, mechanical and Pneumatic related problems on machine.
Responsible for autonomous, Predictive and Preventive maintenance for all type of machines, installing and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems, troubleshooting, uploading and downloading PLC Program-Ladder logic.
Deftly involved in the following Maintenance activities -
o Imported Washing Machine (Barre Thomas- Poland)
o Maintenance of Radiator hose Extrusions line- (COLMEC -Italy)
o Maintenance of 1250 KVA Transformer
o Maintenance of 160 KVA Generator
o Maintenance of Steam Boiler 800Kcl
o Installation and commissioning of PLC controlled Automatic Weighing System.
o Maintenance of Imported 55 liters Kneader, Mixing mill, Bale Cutter, Twin Taper Extruder and Batch off machine. (YI TZUNG PRECISION MACHINERY CORP. -TAIWAN )
o Maintenance of installed electrical systems.
o Maintenance records and documents of all electrical equipment.
o Maintenance Preventive Maintenance and Daily maintenance of all machines.
Troubleshooting machine fault at Break down time and installing and commissioning of Imported Gear Pump machine (COLMEC -Italy),5 TR & 15 TR Air Cooled Chiller and troubleshooting of air compressor and DG set problems. (KAESER Compressor).
Involved in the monthly shut down planning and execution, this includes the resource planning (Man and material) and co-ordination with other departments for successful completion of shutdown.
Instrumental in the formation of condition monitoring cell. Jobs include the identification of critical equipments of plant. And monitor them with equipments (analyzer) for preventing downtimes and production loss.
Accountable for running Contracts which includes the maintaining the track of all the running contracts and bill processing and note sheet preparation and negotiations for awarding new contracts.
Deftly maintaining PM and O/ H reports, Breakdown reports for ISO documentation and Asset optimization program. Ensuring the safety standards during working and organizing the training on site for workmen regarding safety measures and practices and subordinate development.
Implementing Error proofing systems to avoid manual mistakes.

Automatic Leakage testing machine to identify leakage and non leakage hoses using Siemens PLC control.
Connector and hose assembly machine to assemble the part with orientation using PLC control.
Rejection control unit to control excess rejection.
