Prime responsibilities include remote support for more than 1500 clients and above 12000 servers. The basic platform, in which we work on is, Server 2000, SBS2003, Server 2003, Server 2008 and etc.
Managing all the Technical issues (Software/ Hardware), Exchange Server, NOS, Backup Utilities, BlackBerry and etc. Research for the solutions and handling the critical issues to provide the best solutions to our clients and maintain SLAs.
Managing Bit Defender Security, AVG Antivirus/ Firewall, Vipre Security and other antivirus/ firewall systems for all the clients.
Analyzing the issues on the basis of Events generated in the MS Windows Event Log Viewer.
Providing support for BlackBerry, Exchange server, Windows NOS, All major Anti Virus applications, Backup Solutions, and the complete IT Infrastructure support through RDP, Log Me In, or VNC.
Managing the support levels for the Cloud Computing Technology provided by the organization to our clients. This environment is based on the Linux OS specially developed by us named DCOS (Data Center operating System).
