Support the CE in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with Partners.
Prepare and assemble other information to be submitted with the proposal, such as project organization chart, personnel resumes, budget, corporate safety information and schedules.
Work closely with the CE to ensure that all projects and contracts are up to date and outlining progress on all projects.
Pro-actively communicate with other Project personnel to help with time sensitive projects.
Travel arrangements and seeking confirmation of travel arrangement and car and hotel booking. Co-ordination of travel arrangements of the team. All expenses and bills maintenance of CE. Arrangement of forex/ visa formalities/ foreign tour requirements/ travel insurance/ sim card.
Coordination with A/ c Dept. for Reimbursement of Monthly expenses. Making travel expense statement & necessary requisitions. Maintaining personal records of CE (claims, reimbursement, timely follow-up with regards to his utility bills and credit cards etc)
Provide administration & supervisory support in all matters pertaining to printing, stationery etc. to whole dept.
