Job Responsibilities with EROS Group (Reporting to Managing Director)
DESIGNATION: Deputy General Manager
PROJECTS IN HAND: Heading International Trade Tower 3.5 Lacs Sqft (New Delhi), Eros Corporate Tower-6.5 Lacs Sqft Commercial Cum Multilevel Parking (New Delhi), Charmwood Village & Eros Garden 80 Acres Residential Township (Faridabad, Haryana) and Vishal & Eros Multiplexes (New Delhi).
? PROFIT CENTRE HEAD of International Trade Tower, N. Delhi (Operation expenses ( Electricity and Diesel Consumption, AMCs etc. ); establishment cost etc. leading to profit and loss statement).
? Floating various services contracts of various agencies, land agreements of tenants/ owners keeping various govt. stipulated land laws in mind.
? Ascertain the scope of works and then assigning new works (civil, electrical, specific works etc. ) to the various contractors.
? Recoveries of outstanding amount from the occupants/ tanents/ space buyers.
? LIASONING: Liasoning with Govt. Bodies (Fire Dept. (DFS), DCP(Licensing), MCD, DDA, DDA(CL), DUAC, Police, BSES, etc. ) for obtaining NOCs and project related matters.
Currently: 1. Obtaining NOCs of Eros Cineplex (converting into multiplex).
2. Interecting with DDA (CL) about the finalization of FM contract to International accredited agency for Eros Corporate Tower as per the terms of the lease.
? INTERIOR WORK: Headed the 6000 sqft. Facilities project from bare shell to full- fledged office, leased to M/ s Satyam Computers at International Trade Tower, Nehru Place ( all terms of the lease has been negotiated with them from their Secunderabad office).
Achievement: Brought down the estimated cost of Rs.85 Lacs to Rs.50 Lacs.
Completed the project in one and half month to avoid panelty.

Currently involved with Eros Corporate Tower and EF3 Multiplex.
? Miscellaneous: Ascertaining the profitability of land before acquisition(survey), analyzing the location advantage etc.
