Recruited and managed a team of 120 FOS and 40 telle-callers including Unit Managers, Business managers and team leaders. Managed the DIP (cards operations). Launched Credit Cards and Personal Loans at Chandigarh Branch. Achieved highest Gold Card approval rate in the country at the launch stage.

2) HDFC BANK LIMITED (May 2005 to November 2006)
