Agrees with the related other roles (Inventory Change & Release Mgr., Customer Inventory Architect,. ) on the IMADAQ service configuration items that are to be controlled, the information (list of reports. ) that has to be under control for each of them and the role responsible for documenting it.
Ensures that the service items are properly documented and that are changed only through a formal DR change process.
Organizes meetings for the evaluation of all Dev Requests about the service items under control, and their subsequent approval or disapproval.
Ensures that the approved Dev Requests are reflected in the configuration item documents once implemented.
Interfaces with the Inventory Change & Release Manager for the service Dev Requests that generate IT development requests and doesn't already exist.
Customer Inventory Architect
Planning and performing deployment of the asset inventory management AIM and IMADAQ solution to selected customer business units.
Analyzing CBUs requirements for the AIM (reporting and other inputs for CBU)
Analyzing and documenting the data flow model for each IT tool used by the particular CBU
Defining, designing and agreeing the reporting during the build phase that will be used in the run phase with the frequency associated with the CBU
Analyzing processes covering data administration within the CBU (procurement, configuration, deployment to production, decommissioning, etc. )
Supporting the Revenue Assurance & Cost Assurance team for requirements about the inventory management
Interface with the IT Project Manager for tool requirements and validation of the implemented solution.
Managing the handover to Asset manager of the production of the inventory and discrepancy reports
Support the process owner and the asset manager for continuous improvements of the process and the supporting tool
