It is a niche intellectual property (IP) KPO firm, providing end to end IP consulting services globally in relation to Patents Applications, Prosecution and Back Office Services.

Responsible for managing Finance & Accounts, & other services AND managing Back Office Operations utilising support of 40 team members:
* Controlling & Managing Services including finance & accounts, and other services utilising support of team members for each of the services.
* Controlling & Managing Back Office Operations supporting processes across clients including a Fortune 100 client.

# Establishing & Stabilising independent services including Finance & Accounts, IT, Admin and HR Support in a short span of time managing within resource limitations of a start up.
# Evolving & strengthening back office team and its services from 2 processes to 9 processes and from a team of 2 members to a team of 35 members.

* Managing Accounts Receivable and MIS Reporting: Managing collections accounting, related service tax recording as well as generation & analysis of reports used by operations management, senior leadership team and global team.
* Supervising Payroll Process serving more than 500 internal and 5000 external staff.

Oct 2003 to Sept 2005: Worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Manager Outsourcing. DHS is a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, one of the Big Four International Accounting Firms.


Responsible for end-to-end management of processes utilising team support of 3 associates and 3 IT resources:
* Managing process transitions for new assignments from existing service providers. Mapping processes based on client specific policies and input-output requirements including setting up internally developed client oriented payroll software.
* Managing deliverables as per SLAs including compliances of withholding taxes (TDS), provident fund, and service tax.
* Managing related activities including recruitment, training and guiding the team through the process to ensure quality output & planning for knowledge retention.
