ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE (TOTAL 6 YRS+)
Presently working as an Asst. Manager V HR in HASTI PETRO CHEMICAL & SHIPPING LIMITED (Unit: THE THAR DRY PORT, ICD Sanand, Ahmedabad from 15-Feb-2010 onwards.
Job Knowledge/ Key Performance Area:

Human Resource Area:
Compensation, benefits and salary administration including Time Office Management System.
To look after entire joining/ separation/ promotion/ transfer formalities of the employees
Designing, developing and implementing HR policies.
Setting up and streamlining HR systems and processes.
Manpower planning, recruitment, selection and induction.
Employees welfare & Event management.

Human Resource Area:
To interact with the various departmental Heads for the updated requirements, getting the feedback.
To arrange and conduct Personal interviews, Written test, intelligence test and Walk-in-interviews.

To Prepare MIS Report regarding Statutory Compliance's status every fortnightly and submitted to Management, also generate additional MIS as per Management requirements.
Maintenance of records and registers as per statutory provisions.
Compliance of Statutory Obligation under various provisions of Labour Laws.
Maintain liaison with statutory authorities such as Assistant Labour Commissioner, Govt. Labour Officer and PF Enforcement Officer etc. for ensuring compliance with various Statutory Acts.
To keep target and implement various provisions under various labour laws and submission of reports, forms and returns to different statutory authorities.
Wages and salary administration of workers at site.
Oversee and supervise the Identity Card Cell for contractors personnel.
